God Is Faithful and Worthy of Our Praise

Psalm 9:10

Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you.

My faithfulness to God is often in question.  I don’t say that because I am such a terrible sinner – but because I am a sinner.  Whenever I sin – I have chosen to put something – usually my desires – my pleasure – above God’s will for my life.  I am a work in process and God is not through with me yet.  God is at work in my life – and always will be!

What I cling to is that God is faithful and will not let go of me.  Even when I stray – and sin – God tugs at my heart and is ready to forgive me as I approach Him in true confession and repentance.  Such Good News is too wonderful not to share with others.

At Bible Study Wednesday night – a brother said he was so excited about what God was doing in his life that he felt compelled to invite others to share in the experience.  He didn’t want any of the people he loved to miss out on heaven – to miss out on the walk with Jesus that he was experiencing.

God is faithful and worthy of our praise. We should lift our hearts and voices to our Lord and give Him praise for He is worthy!

God will never forsake those who seek Him!  Won’t you let someone see Jesus in your life today – that God might tug at their heart in your life – through your life – and at times in spite of your life?

Just something to think about today as you go on your way.
